This project is listed in the 2007-2008 Educational Facilities Plan.  The award of a construction project in excess of $25,000.00 requires School Board approval. 

The bid opening was held October 18, 2007 at 2:00 p.m.  The project had six (6) bidders.  The low bidder met all bid requirements.

Award the construction contract to Elkins Constructors, the low bidder meeting specifications, the base bid in the amount of $18,250,000.00.

Award the construction contract to the low bidder meeting specifications, Elkins Constructors, for a total bid award of $18,250,000.00.  The total available funding meets or exceeds the total bid award and will come from Part III funding.
